Tae Kwon Do Fitness in the Park - Session 7

Join us on Sept. 23 for the 7th class in the 'Fitness in the Park' series! These classes are free and a great way to be active. Tae Kwon Do Instructor: Matt Boersma. Class Description: Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art involving kicking and punching techniques. In collaboration with the Decatur County Family YMCA and Tree City Martial Arts.
