The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will be holding 'Preschool Storytime' for children age three to five on Tuesdays, September 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 at 10:00 a.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Stories, poems, songs, fingerplays, crafts, and much more will entertain and teach preschoolers during this free program.
