A 75-minute experience guided by Rachel Matz. Basically your favorite simmer and soak style, just without the infrared heat~ we will make our own . Create balance of your inner Fire and Water to celebrate the summer solstice and longest day/light of the year! Use movement, yin poses and breathwork to connect with feelings of passion, enthusiasm, inspiration AND introspection, slowness and mindfulness. Reflect on balancing withdrawing and separating with embracing and merging, and ways to direct your focus this summer! A practice to hear and honor your heart. Spicy, sweet & relaxing!
