The room is heated with infrared panels~ 85-95 degrees. Every class offers new poses and intermediate-level sequencing. A basic foundation in yoga is recommended for this class, yet all you need are an open heart and open mind, so all are welcome! The flow portion of the class will help students move mindfully with breath while building strength, balance and flexibility. The end of the class (or sometimes sprinkled throughout) will start to evolve into a yin style of yoga- long, slow holds with minimal movement to encourage a deep release of the muscles and connective tissue. This class is the perfect mixture of effort and ease to create regulation and deep relaxation for the body and mind.
