A flow style of class in an infrared heated room~ usually around 80-90 degrees depending on the time of year. (Charming old building perks) Students learn to link movement with breath and to create intention with transitions from one pose to the next, which builds strength and mindfulness. Classes include focus on balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. . . every class and week is different, and there's always time at the end for a drop-in and rest in savasana to still the body and mind. This class is great for all levels of experience.
