Learn to connect your body and breath~ Build strength, flexibility, endurance, mental focus, and deep calm. Hot Slow Flow will include slow moving yet flowing sequences for an active and intentional practice. This class is all levels friendly! The room will be heated with infrared panels to a range somewhere between 85-95 degrees. (Summer days are warmer, winter days are a little cooler. . . so it varies a little due to the nature of our old building!) The heat feels very cleansing and rejuvenating, and makes flexibility work a lot more accessible and enjoyable for tight, stiff bodies.
