A combination class of flow/active movement and Yin postures. This class is all-level friendly and creates a feeling of balance and grounding for the body and mind. The flow portion consists of mindful heating work {slower flowing from pose to pose} to warm up the muscles and connective tissue. . . great for strength, mobility and balance. Then the yin portion of class, includes lower grounded poses to be held anywhere from 2-7 minutes and is more cooling and restorative in nature (like a passive stretch) . This class embraces the concepts of yang and yin, warming and cooling, for strengthening, mobilizing and releasing the muscles and connective tissue. A full body and deeply rejuvenating experience.
