City of Upper Sandusky – Fall Cleanup September 22–26, 2025 Pickup will occur on your regular garbage collection day Curbside Guidelines: – No containers/boxes over 50 lbs – Mattresses & cloth furniture must be wrapped in plastic (purchase at Rall Supply & Pfeifer Hardware) – Remove glass from windows/doors (place glass in cans/boxes, not bags) – No loose trash — all items must be bagged, boxed, or bundled, and light enough for one person to lift – Items from evictions, move-outs, or foreclosures will not be collected (responsibility of property owner) Excluded Items: Anything over 50 lbs or too bulky for one person Liquid waste Appliances Computer equipment Motor oil Paints Televisions Tires Construction/demolition debris (use a City dumpster for these materials) Special Charges: $12 each: couch, mattress, box spring $6 each: chair Dumpster Rentals: Dumpsters are available to the public year-round.
