Take on the Pump & Run challenge by bench pressing your body weight before the 5k, or simply head straight to the starting line for the 5k! Bench press your body weight a minimum 2 reps and up to 15 reps - each rep is worth a 30 second reduction from your 5K time. 5K walkers, joggers, and runners, enjoy your 5K on Spooky Nook property!
