Welcome to the Annual Fall Campout Event! All ages welcome and open to the public! Friday at NOON: Pull in time (Electric & Water Hook Ups Available) Camping Applications are available in the office Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or by email through auglaizecofair@bright.net $60 dollars for both nights, Golf Cart permitted for $10, welcome to stay for an extra day for an additional $30 a night. FRIDAY EVENTS: NOON: Pull In Time 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM: Soup Off Registration and Community Potluck Meal and Dinner in the Piehl Arena. - Soup Off Registrations will begin at 5:30 pm. This will be done at a specific labeled table with soup numbers and judging will be done by the fall campout committee. Judging ends at 7:30 pm. - Community Potluck is encouraged to accompany the Soup options and to enjoy friends and family time in the fall campout area. Bring your best fall side dishes to the community potluck to try along with all your friends and family. 8:00 PM (After Sunset): FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT - Fairgrounds is hosting a family friendly movie on the night projector under the stars. Vote for your favorite family movie options listed by sending them into messenger or emailing your votes in from your kids and family and then curl up with blankets and pillows or chairs in front of the projector near the campfire and enjoy the popcorn and smores available to you while you watch the movie under the stars! ALL DAY EVENTS FOR FRIDAY - Pumpkin Decorating Contest: For kids ages 18 and under. Prizes available for best decorated pumpkin judged by the Fall Campout Committee members. Running all day, pumpkins available as well as stickers and paint. SATURDAY EVENTS: FOOD TRUCK RALLY WITH A CAUSE: Running from 11 am to 7 pm, Wapakoneta Service Club will be on the grounds with 15 different Food Trucks, multiple Craft Vendors in the Miller East and West building, Inflatables for Kids, and a Car Cruise In all for free. Money for this event is going back into your local community!!! The Ohio State Game will be showing on the projector during the game against Washington set to start at 3:30 PM! - Buckeye Necklace decorating table will be provided. - FAMILY PHOTO HUNT CONTEST: Running from NOON - 3:30 PM, travel the grounds hunting for the ten photos on the card provided at the sign up table with your family. Prizes will be awarded and the best and most unique photo will be put in the 2026 Fairbook!!! - CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT: Look for Jake Vogel to sign up and compete in the Cornhole Tournament, $10 per team!
