Meet the Candidates at Main Street Live The Chronicle-News will host this year's "Meet the Candidates" at Main Street Live, which will allow candidates an opportunity to give a brief presentation to attendees, followed by a Q-and-A. This year's election will feature open races for Trinidad's mayor and three city council seats. The event is free to the public and is intended as an informal gathering to mix and mingle with local candidates, advocates and voters. The Chronicle-News will provide election guides, with concessions provided by Main Street Live. Join us on Thursday, Oct. 9, at 6 p.m. At Main Street Live located at 131 W.
