Join us for an enriching experience in bluegrass banjo with John Boulding through our two courses: "Youth Intro to Bluegrass Banjo" for ages 8-14, and "Intro to Bluegrass Banjo" aimed at older teens and adults. Both classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of bluegrass banjo technique and are inclusive of students showing readiness, regardless of age. Each course runs for 12 weeks across a 14-week period, with classes scheduled on Mondays from 4:00–5:00 pm for youth and 5:15–6:15 pm for adults, with no sessions during the weeks of 10/15 or Thanksgiving. Participants are required to have a 5-string banjo, finger picks, and a tuner, while adults should also bring a recording device. Refunds are available up to one week before classes begin, and payment plans and scholarships can be arranged to ensure accessibility for all.
