Save the date for Coast Day 2025 on Sunday, October 5th, from 10 AM to 3 PM! Join scientists, staff, and students from the University of Delaware as they showcase vital research aimed at protecting our coasts, forests, cities, and agricultural lands. This annual flagship event of UD’s College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment attracts over 5,000 visitors, offering hands-on activities, tours of research vessels, and exploration of campus laboratories. Attendees can also listen to lectures from local scientists and engage with various exhibitors, including UD student organizations, community partners, and state environmental agencies, all dedicated to enhancing our understanding of environmental resources and supporting local communities.
