Classes take place every Friday at 6 pm for the special price of $5 Tai Chi offers gentle meditative movement to help move blood and oxygen around the body, nourishing the organs and tissues promoting healing and strengthening of the immune system. In addition, due to the in-the-moment connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements, it reduces anxiety and promotes peace.
