Due to the threat of thunderstorms, the Juneteenth Festival is moving to the Athens Community Center. The Community Center is accessible via Athens Public Transit, but please send us a message at communityengagement@ohio. edu if transportation from campus is needed. Help us celebrate Juneteenth on Thursday June 19th! The community festival will take place from 3-6PM at the Athens Community Center and volunteers are needed to assist guiding vendors, host the check-in table, help with the children's corner, and more.
