Details:
For this class, students will learn how to use real leaves painted with watercolor pigment to make impressions onto watercolor paper. Students will build on these shapes by adding stems, branches and other details to create a cohesive finished painting. Students will be introduced to color mixing, wet vs. dry vs. clear washes, and how to use a variety of tools to achieve interesting patterns and textures. We will also practice how to spatter or splatter watercolor paint. Instructor: Lore Ascencio Price: $40.00 per person
