Celebrate the fall season at Fall Forest Fest at Stephen F. Austin State Park! This family-friendly event promises a “Spooky Forest” filled with fun activities for all ages. Stephen F. Austin State Park invites you to experience the magic of autumn at our annual Fall Forest Fest — a family-friendly evening packed with adventure, discovery, and fall fun in the heart of the bottomland woods! Take a stroll down our haunted trail, test your skills at the archery range (limitations apply) , and enjoy jumping around in the bounce house. There will be a variety of nature-themed activities to engage everyone, and a chance to learn about the park’s rich wildlife and natural beauty. Whether you’re here for the adventure or just to soak up the autumn vibes, this event is perfect for all ages. Date: Saturday, October 11, 2025 Time: 5:30-9:30 pm Admission: FREE FREE offsite parking with shuttle service at 13119 FM 1458, San Felipe, TX 77434. Parking Directions from I-10 Take Exit 723 for FM 1458 (San Felipe/Sealy) . Head north on FM 1458 for about 1/4 mile. Turn left into the parking lot at 13119 FM 1458, San Felipe, TX 77434 (just one block north of I-10) . Shuttles will run continuously between the parking lot and Stephen F. Austin State Park from 5:30 pm until 10:00 pm. Limited ADA-accessible parking will be available onsite. Food Trucks will be on-site, serving up tasty treats to satisfy your hunger while you enjoy the evening’s festivities. Costumes encouraged!
