Details:
Artists from Artists in Action have decorated Japanese parasols that have been placed in business locations throughout downtown Salem. The works are for sale. You can purchase directly through the artist (details on a sign next to the art), but parasols cannot be taken home/removed until April 1. (The Facebook event says March 10-March 24, but the program is effective March 7-March 31. Facebook only allows for an event to be two weeks in length.) Make a day of it, and view these works of art.
