Integrating Conscious Discipline/Personal & Professional Practice Day 1

The Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation is hosting a Conscious Discipline training; in-person, two-part course (2 days) for participants currently practicing Conscious Discipline. You must work in SMIF’s 20 county region.
Conscious Discipline Trainer, Anne Hoff will deepen your understanding of the Conscious Discipline powers and skills while reflecting on your current practices. Discuss common scenarios and difficulties, identify key language and activities, and collaborate on solving common difficulties that arise during moments of conflict. Participants will be given opportunities to practice skills and plan for further implementation. Continue your journey implementing this life changing model grounded in safety, connection and problem solving.

Registration is limited so please sign up soon. Cost is $10.00 per day; but receive a $10.00 Kwik Trip card when you check in.
A light lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions please notify Heidi.

Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation serves south central and southeastern Minnesota which includes 20 counties, 175 communities and one Native nation.
