Join us for an artist reception on Friday, September 26 from 6-8 p. m. Anderson Center’s Artistic Director, Stephanie Rogers, juried this show from an open call for entries. Rogers says, “I was delighted to see new work by artists I’ve long admired and to be introduced to new artists through the open call. This group of 13 artists come from within our Red Wing community and around the region. Through painting, photography, textile art, sculpture, and printmaking, these artworks show both the natural beauty of waterways and how humans (and man-made structures) intersect with water. ” Featured image is a detail of “Driftwood and Pebbles” by Dan Petrov.
