In this beginner yoga class you'll learn the basics of yoga in an easy flow meant to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Great for all levels of yoga experience to get back to the basics and become one with your practice.
12-15 year old's who have completed Iron Teens may participate independently. 12-15 year old's who haven't completed Iron Teens may participate with a parent. 8-11 year old’s who have completed Youth Conditioning may participate with a parent.
