Renowned for its beautiful animation and stunning hand-painted backgrounds, Disney’s seminal 1959 fairy-tale classic SLEEPING BEAUTY tells the story of Princess Aurora and the evil curse placed on her by vengeful fairy Maleficent; a curse that can be broken only by the kiss of her true love.
