Apothica Teas and Eric Gingerich are hosting the first milonga in Niles, MI, on Saturday, September 27th, in the upstairs ballroom. This is your opportunity to have a really special night out (think: fancy, like you're going to the ball of the century) while supporting a local business and a growing tango community. A signficant portion of the entry fee will go to Apothica Teas. The rest will help support Eric as he returns to Cuba this Fall/Winter to further his dance education. We will teach elements that will be applicable to new students and returning students and we'll talk about the traditional etiquette of milongas and how that relates to the culture we hope to create. Starts at 5pm. -exquisite sweet and savory nibbles & treats and tea & lemonade, prepared and served by the staff of Apothica Teas. This will keep you feeling energized and in a world of culinary delight all night long.
