The Louisiana State Museum invites you to a roundtable discussion with gardeners and farmers featured in "Botanica: Gardens, Landscapes, and Plant Medicines in South Louisiana." Participants will include representatives from Sprout NOLA, Backyard Gardener’s Network, Speakeasy Farm, Subtle Fields, and Grow Dat Youth Farm, as well as local herbalists and educators. The exhibition will be open to explore, and consultations for plant medicines will be available along with hand cleansings and tea. Copies of Nikki Minor’s zine, Chicory, will be distributed to attendees. This event is FREE, but registration is required.
