Join us for an end of season invasive plant workshop! Chris Picone, Professor at Fitchburg State University, and Emily Merlino, Director of Land Programs at North County Land Trust will lead the group in hands on invasive plant identification and talk about management and removal methods. Afterwards the group will get our hands dirty pulling invasive plants across the property.
No experience needed, bring your questions and can-do attitude! We have gloves and tools to share but please dress for outdoor work and the weather, bring water, bug spray, and sunscreen if you need it. We will provide snacks to enjoy together at the end of the session.
