Each gathering follows a simple, nourishing rhythm: Grounding practice to release stress and arrive in the present moment. Check-in and sharing—a chance to be heard and understood by others who truly get it. Mini-teaching from Pamela on topics like shifting from guilt to compassion, setting boundaries, or rebuilding self-esteem. Discussion and reflection—time to connect, share experiences, and apply new insights. Closing exercise to leave you centered, calm, and supported. Themes rotate each month, so you’ll gain fresh tools and perspectives while building lasting community.
