Facilitator Colleen Cook is the President of Vinyl Marketing, a full-service agency specializing in strategic branding, creative, marketing, nonprofit fundraising, and AI automation. With 15+ years in nonprofit leadership, Colleen helps mission-driven teams modernize their approach to growing their businesses without losing their souls. She’s known for making strategy feel personal, practical, and a little more fun. AI Blueprints Organizations that attended the workshop will be invited to apply for a Microsoft TechSpark funded scholarship toward an AI Automation Blueprint with Vinyl Marketing. Each blueprint will be a tangible, strategic roadmap created through 1:1 discovery sessions and tailored to that organization’s workflows, systems, and constraints. Each includes: A 2-hour discovery session in person or on Zoom with organizational leaders. Systems & departmental discovery sessions via Zoom. Priority matrix of identified opportunities for AI & automation strategies to address goals and pain points. A mapped strategy for AI & automation systems to address pain points and opportunities as prioritized by the client, using existing systems where possible. Cost, complexity, and ROI estimates, with clear implementation next steps. The AI Blueprint costs $5,000, and 10 $2,500 scholarships will be awarded.
