Jr. Chef Cooking Camp: Southern Comfort Foods
Camp Details:
This cooking camp will allow your child the chance to create and enjoy their own cuisine while learning new skills in the kitchen including knife skills & general kitchen sanitation. We will also have some additional activities sprinkled in to make things a little extra fun!
Please note that registering for this class is a commitment for the whole week. Camp runs 9am-12pm Monday- Friday with an awards ceremony on Friday where you will get the opportunity to taste your child's creations!
The theme for this camp is Southern Comfort Foods featuring salads, sides, beverages, summer lunch staples, traditional comfort foods & Southern sweets.
Cost is $250 per child which includes class 9am-12pm for the five days and a gift bag at graduation on ceremony.

General Cooking Class Information
If there is not an option to add a class seat to your cart, that means the class is full.
Each cooking class is a unique hands-on experience where you can learn everything from basic knife skills and sanitation to beautifully garnishing the finished product.
Purchasing one spot in our cooking class entitles you to a station to share with another registered participant, use of our kitchen equipment, all the necessary ingredients to create the described dishes & in-depth chef instruction.
Each cooking class takes place in our teaching kitchen at The Changed Plate.
Cooking Class Rules & Cancellation Policy
***Please note that registering for our cooking classes & completing your transaction is equivalent to signing the attached Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Cooking Class Waiver**
All class sign-ups are by pre-registration and pre-pay only.
Registration for standard classes closes 48 hours prior to each class. Specialty classes, such as “Date Night” may close 72 hours prior to class, in order to allow restaurant staff sufficient time to prepare.
Cancellations will be accepted and refunds will be granted if request is received 2 weeks or more prior to date of class.
Cancellation requests received from 13 days to 72 hours prior to class will be granted transfer of payment to a future class (they will receive credit).
If cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours prior to start of class, no refund or payment credit will be given. This includes no-shows day of class.
If class is cancelled by Cooking Class instructional team, i.e. in the event of adverse weather, or if less than 4 participants have registered for a class, the class will be rescheduled and/or participants will receive full payment credit for future class.
