Yoga at Cesar E. Chavez National Monument

Join for a beginner-friendly yoga flow every Saturday morning at Cesar E. Chavez National Monument!
We will meet in the front of the Visitor Center at 9:15 and walk to Helen's Park to enjoy a moment of reflection before a 30-minute yoga practice. We will have a limited number of mats available (first come, first served).
The program will be cancelled in the event of rain, snow, or freezing temperatures.
This program will be led by our Community Volunteer Ambassador and certified yoga teacher, Brooke! She always hopes to make people feel empowered and safe in their bodies through her teaching.
