On select nights, local experts and Master Naturalists will guide you in learning about these amazing creatures, along with other nighttime wildlife. Enjoy various firefly-viewing hikes across stunning locations, including the Wildflower Garden, Three-Mile Walk, Farm at the Arb, and Bog Walk, with the best viewing routes highlighted each night. Each evening begins with an engaging program in the Sensory Garden parking lot.
Additionally, take part in our Special Access event featuring Firefly Photography and a Pressed Plants Workshop. Here, you can delve into the art of capturing summer's beauty through photography while also learning to press plants, giving you a unique opportunity to appreciate nature both through the camera lens and with creatively preserved leaves.
