Details:
In this 4th and final class of this series, you will be joined by Linda’s other jewelry class, for the first class, to make pendants from each class. You will be fabricating a bezel to hold a stone-set pendent (the other class will be doing an 18” silver solitaire in a prong setting) to match your earrings and bracelets. You will have two classes and be learning to master a jewelry saw by cutting a bezel backplate soldered to a bezel rim to hold a cabochon stone, and a bail to attach to the chain you made in class 3. Choice of stones include black onyx or mother of pearl in an 18X22mm oval shape. Each process will include new safety measures. Your class will be 2 days, on December 11th and 18th. The December 11th class will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and the December 18th class will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at our B-2 location at 1901 7th Ave East in Hibbing. The cost will be $80 for members and $90 for non-members with all materials supplied. You can register online at www.borealisartguild.com or by stopping by the main studio. Please call us at 218-208-5363 with any questions.
