Indulge your senses and rejuvenate your spirit surrounded by nature’s rainbow of fall colors. Immerse yourself in tranquility as you embark on a guided journey designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness and well-being to celebrate the beginning of fall.
We will be walking on the Rocky Point Trail up to the overlook of Lake Bemidji and back. This trail is paved and is a one-mile loop. Wear comfortable shoes.
Meet in the west picnic area near the lake by the west parking lot.
