Cupcake Decorating Contest!

The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host a “Cupcake Decorating Contest” for teens entering grades six through twelve on Tuesday, July 15 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Teens will learn the basics of cake decorating and put their new-found skills to the test in a cupcake decorating contest. Part of the 2025 Summer Reading Program.
