Reader's Theater is back with another amazing performance at the Gaston County Public Library. Free to the public. No reservations required. Light refreshments provided. Old Enough to Know Better by Judy Simpson Cook Join in the fun as a group of old friends, and former actors, gather at the beach for a weekend to reminisce, remember those who are gone, and maybe embark on an adventure or two. As these friends remember roles they played in the past, and roles they’d still like to play, they have to decide “are they old enough to know better?” or is “living life to the fullest” still within reach? This project was supported by the North Carolina Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources and the Gaston Arts Council.
