All the fall-time fun of a cider mill returns to Downtown Detroit during Beacon Park’s annual Cider in the City! This seasonal fall festival features horse-drawn hayrides, face painting, pumpkin painting, lawn games, make-and-take crafts, city views, park side dining, live music, an open air tent and exciting food options including: cider, donuts, tasty caramel apples and more courtesy of Blake’s Farm. Food trucks will be onsite, and Lumen Detroit, the park’s flagship restaurant, will have special fall cocktails, craft beer and cider selections. Visitors can preorder items for convenient pickup at Beacon Park (preorders are accepted until 12 p.m. prior to each event).
