Save the date and join us as we celebrate the most regulated cheese in the world - Parmigiano Reggiano. Imported, 90 lb. wheels will be the highlight of this event, where you can taste cheeses from around the world - and watch our Cheesemonger crack a wheel live. She'll immediately scrape the wheel so you can experience a flavor and a cheese like you've never tasted. Vinnie will be making his Cheese Wheel Pasta each day - These made-to-order bowls of pasta will melt your heart! If you've never seen our Cheese Altar - be prepared to be amazed!!
