THE COOLEST THING THAT HAPPENS IN PARKERSBURG- IS MOVING ACROSS THE RIVER AND EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE WE ARE GOING TO DANCE UNDER THE SUMMER SUN AT CIVITAN PARK IN BELPRE OHIO
We have been a loving staple in the Parkersburg community since we began in 1996. We have loved every late evening dancing under the summer stars with each of you, but due to the construction at our grounds we have been working diligently to make sure we would still be able to bring you this incredible festival.
