Join us for FREE intermediate, social-paced group rides at Cycology Bicycles every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday! These year-round rides, starting at 8:30 AM and occasionally at 10:00 AM, are designed to build endurance and strength, featuring routes typically ranging from 30 to 40 miles with an average pace of 15 to 17 MPH, including regrouping stops. Participants should have the necessary skills to ride safely on roads with traffic. As rides may change times or be canceled due to weather or road conditions, please check Cycology Bicycles’ Facebook Page for updates.
