Cloud Empress is a Nausicaa-inspired science fantasy setting where players explore a world ravaged by giant magic cicadas. Investigate the discovery of a rare cure in a vault controlled by the Order of the Broken Bread. Cloud Empress uses Mothership’s, the easy to learn, d100 Panic Engine.
