Yoga in the Great Outdoors

***PUNCH CARD IS GOOD FOR 4 YOGA PRACTICES*** (Punch Card will be received at the first yoga practice you attend) Monday Evenings: 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. June 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd July 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th August 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th September 15th, 22nd, & 29th Join Tracy Wahl for a 75-minute gentle flow yoga class in the great outdoors. Participants will begin by grounding themselves to Mother Earth. Then they will honor the summer sunlight by flowing through sun salutations. They will move through sequences to open their hearts, move their energy, and dig deeper into specific areas of the body. The practice will close with savasana where participants will use nature to connect with Spirit. Class is rain or shine, coverage will be provided if it rains. A non-slip mat is recommended. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
