Lumping, grouping, or classification; there are many ways to organize animals. We will learn basic classifying skills using the visible characteristics of vertebrate animals. Activities related to birds, mammals, fish, amphibians and reptiles will bring animal classification to life in a fun, hands-on way. Mt. Pleasant Discovery Museum and Chippewa Nature Center are excited to present a monthly club for young nature enthusiasts! Held monthly* on the third Wednesday, each gathering will include explorations, activities and a snack. Museum admission is required for all people, and the museum is open before and after the program to enjoy. *No Eco Kids Club events in Aug or Dec Held at Mt.
