Boom Yoga: Mindful Movement for Kids Boom Yoga is a kids yoga program in Colorado designed to introduce children to mindful movement and peaceful actions. Our 55-minute classes guide kids through engaging Sun Salutations, dynamic Warrior sequences, and interactive yoga games that make movement fun, promotes peace and well-being in each child. With age-appropriate sessions for ages 3-6 and 7-12, Boom Yoga helps children build strength, balance, and focus while fostering a lifelong connection to mindfulness and movement. You will need: A high quality yoga mat (studio mat rentals are $5) Water (we have a water refill station in studio) Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge We totally understand that things come up! If youre unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you dont cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
