Yoga with Shei

Join us for Saturday morning yoga, suitable for all levels, featuring two separate classes led by experienced instructors Shei Sanchez and Michelle Greenfield. Both classes aim to invigorate your weekend through the principles of Hatha Yoga, incorporating modifiable asanas and pranayama to promote self-compassion, enhance resilience, and strengthen the body and mind.
