Awaken Energy Series - Radiant Body Yoga

Welcome to this 6-week, kundalini yoga series, focusing on enlivening and balancing the whole energetic body. Learn to activate and balance your energy! The series will begin with the foundational activation of root, sacral, and naval centers. We will move to classes that connect the naval center with higher energy centers to expand our vitality, heart centered presence, and enhanced intuition. Classes will include yoga postures, movements, pranayama, mantra, and meditation. In addition to the six in person classes, students will get supplementary videos to continue the practices at home. All levels of yogi are welcome, even beginners Classes meet every Monday evening beginning May 19 through June 23 from 5:30 to 7 PM @serenity_roots in Athens.
